For modified-release formulations with approved overseas reference products, we utilize a PBPK model to predict systemic and local in vivo exposure. Combined with ethnic sensitivity analysis, we support regulatory applications for a Phase I waiver to enable direct initiation of Phase II/III clinical trials.
